Schools
and Our Children
Last year we started a challenge for the
schools to participate in. Throughout the
year we have had the children raising
money for the “Pot of Soup” program
as well as collecting food to fill the
“Famous Soup Pots”. It has been incredible
on how much the children have done. We
go through at least two pots of soup a day,
which serves just over 300 bowls. We have
also had St. Mark’s, Bishop Roberecki
and Father Robinson prepare and deliver
a “Pot of Soup” to us once a week.

FUNDRAISING AND ACCOUNTABLITY TO OUR DONORS ![]()
We would like to take this opportunity to recognize some of our donors.
As the days go by, the successes we see are truly rewarding. The Saskatoon Friendship Inn is a crucial
part of this community and with the donations of many we are still open. However,
we are grateful for the financial assistance we receive throughout the year as
our numbers have increased as have the costs of food, operating costs, etc. Our
dollars are very precious to us and our gratitude to those who give generously.
